Using simple anger management tips — from taking a timeout to using "I" statements — to stay in control, may seem like simple tasks however, disproportionate families; and black and brown children tend to suffer from cultural trauma.  These cultural targets increase health traumas and uncontrolled emotions of well-deserved Anger and expression. 

At anger management course teaches participants healthy ways to express their anger, identify anger triggers, as well as techniques to de-escalate an angry individual.  It is not always possible to eliminate the things that enrage you. What is possible however, is learning how to gain control and manage your anger effectively.
